How can we help?

Check iPhone Settings › Notifications › Factful and make sure notifications are allowed. If you use a Focus mode, add Factful to its allowed apps, or choose a delivery time outside it. Then open Factful once: it re-schedules your pages every time it opens.

Open Factful › Settings › Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with. On a new phone, the same step brings Factful+ back.

In iPhone Settings, tap your name › Subscriptions › Factful. Cancelling keeps Factful+ until the end of the period you've paid for. For refunds, Apple handles them at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Open Factful and tap the settings icon at the top right. Delivery time is there for everyone; the number of pages a day and subjects are part of Factful+.

Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit › Add Widget, and search for Factful. For the Lock Screen, touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, then add Factful below the clock.

Thank you. Open the fact, tap Why it's true, then Spot an error? Tell us. The email includes which fact it is, and we'll check it against its source and fix it.

Your delivery time and subjects carry over, and if you subscribed, Factful+ is still yours. If anything looks off, Restore purchases in Settings, or write to us.
