FactfulNothing to collect.
Last updated 30 September 2026
The short version. The Factful app collects no personal data. There is no account, no tracking, no analytics and no advertising. Your settings and the pages you've read stay on your device. Purchases go through Apple, and we never see your payment details.
Who we are
Factful is made by Vickio Labs Inc. Questions about this policy go to help@factful.app.
What stays on your device
Factful keeps a few things so it can work: your delivery time, the subjects you've chosen, the pages you've received and saved, and your sound setting. They're stored on your iPhone or iPad, where Factful's own widget can read them too. They are not sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app deletes them.
Notifications
Your daily page is scheduled by the app on your device, weeks in advance. There is no server sending them and no push token. You can turn notifications off in the app or in iOS Settings at any time.
Purchases
Factful+ is sold through Apple's App Store, which handles payment, billing and receipts under Apple's privacy policy. The app checks whether you have Factful+ on your device using Apple's StoreKit. We don't receive your name, email address or payment details.
Statistics from Apple
If you've chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may give us aggregated, anonymous statistics such as downloads and how many people keep using the app. It never identifies you, and you can turn it off in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
Sources you open
Every fact links to its source. Tapping Read the source opens that website, which has its own privacy policy.
When you email us
If you write to help@factful.app, for example through "Spot an error?", we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply and to fix the fact, and don't keep them longer than that needs.
This website
factful.app uses no cookies, analytics or trackers, and its fonts are served from this site. If you switch the pad's sound off, that choice is remembered in your own browser. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log visitors' IP addresses for security; see GitHub's privacy statement.
Children
Factful is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no personal data, it collects none from children either.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page will say what changed and when. The date at the top is the last time it was updated.
